Because it had been so long that I'd filled out the health screen, and obviously things had changed in my life, my instructor, Christy, met with me briefly before class to understand my situation. She was so welcoming and positive. She gave me the rundown on how the class would be moving. Loved my workout even though I wasn't up to the level I used to be. And the treadmill woman close to me was kind enough to show me the start button lol.

Male trainer teaching orange 60 class was absolutely disrespectful to me, pulling me outside of class and stating that “I can’t deal with this right now, why was she put in this class”, in front of everyone.This was my FIRST class mind you. Even forgot his name. Keep in mind, I pay you. Never had such a humiliating experience, can’t even fathom it. Booked thru mind and body app, expecting any normal workout experience. Telling all my friends to never come here and cancel their memberships.Don’t care if it does nothing. If this stops at least one person from attending this man’s session, I’ll be content.

I can tell that they really care about the customers and always encourage us to push ourselves during the class. Also, we can always adjust the workout intensity based on our own conditions, which makes the workout very flexible and accessible.
