★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've done so many different types of workouts from boxing, kickboxing, circuit training, and the Big gym of death. this place ranks at the top. your cardio is being measured real time so you are accountable to the coach and to yourself (on a big screen!). The workouts alternate between the treadmill, rowing machine and circuit training with weights. the workouts are great, well-planned, the music is upbeat, and the coaches are personable and encouraging. definitely enjoy my workouts here. If you are looking for a new place that is a little different, both tough but gratifying, definitely give it a try.

At other gyms I’ve been to you’re on your own with limited help. It so much better and fun being a part of a group class. Other members are supportive and I’ve been reaching goals little by little. Just ran the fastest 2.5 mile run today than I have since high school. Clothes are fitting better and my overall mood is better. Highly recommend the south mountain location.

I love that each class motivates you to compete with yourself to build endurance and strength. The head coach, Michelle has been incredibly nice and welcoming. She fixed my running and lifting postures, so I could run longer 🤗. I really enjoy the different themes and events offered in classes and special events, such as yoga and self-defense classes.

The workouts are well rounded and they make it fun by adding themed workouts, challenges, and personal benchmarks. You sign up for your classes which really helps hold you accountable to showing up. I love OrangeTheory, it truly is a great investment in yourself.(On a side note, a couple of low reviews mentioned unprofessional staff. There have been staff changes since then, and they are all professional and kind!)

I am more focused on toning. There is so many fun and exciting stuff vents that keep you motivated but also bring the community closer. The coaches and staff are amazing. Chad and Michelle always are a blast to be around. I love my OTF family 🤍
