Every day is different so you never get bored and you always get a great full-body strength and cardio workout in just one hour. The coaches are engaged and supportive and the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. What’s not to like?!

I’ve always been active, but have struggles to push myself with my workouts because of low motivation. This orange theory studio has the best coaches. They try to get to know everyone and always make you feel motivated and push you to do the best you can on a given day (without pushing you too hard). They also are extremely accommodating and knowledgeable as far as alternative exercises for those with limitations and they’re always aware of those with cardiac conditions. The staff are also extremely welcoming and try to get to know everyone. They remember the small things and always follow up on them. I love it here and wish I could bring all the coaches and staff with me when I move away in the next few months. They made me feel welcome when I’d never worked out in a big group before and the transition to group fitness classes was seamless. It’s an incredibly welcoming space and I’d recommend to anyone at any level of fitness. Thanks OTF Carmel :)
