No going to the gym and trying to figure out what to do for the day…just show up and get it done!The staff is always welcoming and helpful. They’re so friendly and quick to say hello or share a laugh. There’s nothing better than a smiling face in the wee hours to make you think you made the right choice when the alarm went off! 😁The coaches are so key in the workouts being effective. They are beyond motivating and encouraging. Having an expert on hand to tweak your form or just to share in your joy when you run a little faster or lift a little heavier is invaluable. It definitely gives you that extra boost on days you weren’t sure you wanted to be running on a treadmill!I have never felt more at home or welcomed by a gym (both employees and other people attending a class)! The physical changes I was able to make were only enhanced by the confidence I gained. I hope this review encourages you to give it a try sometime under the orange lights because you won’t regret it!

The coaches are educated in fitness, motivational and helpful in ensuring you are doing the exercises properly. I love that I know I am going to be challenged in every class I attend. I don't have to worry about a good workout playlist because the coaches have that covered. The classes are always different and continue to push you to be a better you!
