I tried at least 8 different classes and every instructor was really good. I found a couple of classes that suit my schedule and I connected with the instructor. I will definitely pop in at least twice a week to get that incredible feeling of attending a Hot yoga classes. I suffer from chronic pain and these heated classes help with the pain. My joints feel better by the end of the class also an added bonus is it helps me sleep better at night. Give it a try I am sure it won't disappoint.
