Classes are small and personal. Somehow he manages to make it challenging yet fun! It can be intimidating to start something new but I am so glad I did! Everyone there is supportive and friendly. At the end of the workout Bo does nutritional teaching and is very knowledgeable. I have learned so much and have completely changed my eating habits. I feel so much healthier and have way more energy now! Do yourself and your health a favor and join Bota fitness!

Bo did a great job of meeting me where I was at with my current skill level and fitness level however he also found a nice balance of teaching me as well as challenging me to go beyond my anticipated capabilities. Scheduling was easy. Bo is obviously very knowledgeable as well as skilled with applying his knowledge base to real people. Worth the investment.

The gym is always clean and you will meet some awesome people. It's nice working out in small groups.
