I now want to learn how to use machines to build strength as I age. I signed up for my complimentary introduction to the gym (yes… it took me awhile to do this) and spent an hour with the trainer Brittany. She gave me good advice on how to use the machines. She was patient and tough. We can’t be lazy to see results. Thank you Brittany:). I am now more motivated to improve my health with strength training.
