However, overtime I have not only increased my endurance but also my strength. I never knew how important it was to strength train until I met Mike . I am so happy with my results! I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.Also, what I love about his style is that you really feel the one on one. I have experience with other trainers, and I always felt halfway through it was like them rushing me to finish. I also felt that most other trainers lose interest in their clients at some point.
