Very grateful for this amazing studio and instructors. I have been a member for about 8 months and am so pleased with my decision to drop in for a class. I have tried (and failed) to start a yoga practice multiple times in my life and i attribute the success of my current practice to the combination of passionate, knowledgeable instructors and the overall quality of the Namastday studio. Saturday and Sunday classes with Shane are the high point of my weekend. I appreciate his patient approach of treating the body as sculpture - this helped me immensely in the beginning when i was completely unaware of proper form. Instead of being frustrated by my lack of familiarity and poor form, he helped me focus on making micro adjustments, building the form from ground up, understanding my body and how to communicate with it to work towards a goal. During the week I catch Michelle's evening class and appreciate her relaxing method of pushing me to challenge my preconceived limits. I’ve made noticeable advancements in flexibility and overall health, making my everyday life much more enjoyable! The studio is very clean and well-lit, a perfect place to practice.
