Andrea is amazing as are all the instructors. She sets the tone for the studio and is the reason I love it so much. The people are friendly and welcoming. December 05 · Nancy AlpineI've enjoyed half a dozen chair yoga classes with Andrea. I began bent over in pain and unable to lift my arms above my shoulders. At first there seemed to be no problem, but after last week's class, I noticed diminished pain. Then the ability to walk with a straight back and the ability to reach a closet shelf returned. My balance is also noticeably improved. I've begun to have expectations of greater exercise again because of this class.
