★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This gym has sufficient equipment and machines especially if your training is more designed towards bodybuilding. But if you're trying to deadlift, it might be difficult since all they have are the hex plates. Aside from that, It's a decent gym.
September 30 · Ryan ChristopherAs of today.....This Gym IS NOT CLOSED. I was just there and they are open and even offer daily fitness classes.
September 03 · Monica BowmanLove this gym been going since I've first got here. The only thing I would say is that the sauna is out of order. It would be nice if it was working but can't win them all.
September 10 · Juan MoralesGreat location and a well stocked fitness center. They have free weights, machine weights and any aerobic equipment you could need. The staff are always available and they do support a good number of fitness classes and group workouts as well. Hours are very convenient.
January 22 · Todd SanderThis place gets crowded! You just gotta know the right time to come here. Clean facility and very nice staff. So many programs that they offer. Yoga, zumba, spin classes and more! Like the usual at any gym locations beware of the old people in the lockers. They like to walk around naked and sit everywhere naked and bend over....naked. O_O
