The skills that coach is teaching my daughter for high jump are far beyond the coaching knowledge that she was able to achieve In her normal middle school track season. I highly recommend Mt. Olympus. If you are looking for specialized training that you can’t achieve elsewhere. The scheduling is very flexible and we are hopeful with this continued off-season practice to make a big difference in her season come spring 2025

For example, I've dealt with shoulder pain and decreased mobility for some time. Coach Lawrence paid attention to my feedback and adjusted the plan to give me back the ROM I've needed. Best of all, the pain doesn't wake me up at night! I've needed to make adjustments for a number of things like a back injury and vertigo. There is always a way to keep training and reaching my goals. Coach Lawrence's years of experience and depth of research have allowed me to trust his plan. Everyone gets this level of attention, personalization and respect at MTO!

If you're looking for a way to get into shape, build strength without injury or just to burn a few calories, Mt. Olympus is the mountain to climb. Thank you for everything!!!
