September 21 · Tatiana ZamirI love this studio! I’ve been coming for a few years, and I love how sweaty and challenging the classes get. There are offerings for all levels, and the teachers and staff are excellent, friendly and genuinely lovely.Parking can be tricky during peak times, so plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Staggered class times would help, but it’s usually manageable. My only real downside: someone stole my brand new Birkenstocks recently while I was in class and left their old, dirty shoes at the front of the studio. It was quite shocking, especially considering how much Modo promotes community. I had to walk to my car barefoot—pretty embarrassing! So, please be mindful about what shoes you leave there.
August 22 · Sarah EngelmanThe best yoga studio I have ever been too. I’ve been a member for almost 10 years now! And have taken over 2000 classes. It’s sick a great community and badass workouts and yoga!
September 11 · Lindsey SavinoYvonne was like a freaking Saint! I went into that yoga class full of stress and she (and Peter I believe from the front desk) like an angel sent from God itself helped me and welcomed me into the most rewarding a fulfilling yoga experience. You can ask them about it, they know what they did. I wish there were more yoga studios like this - safe places that truly embody the spirit and values of yoga. I’m so grateful and will definitely be back and recommending this class, this teacher, and this studio to everyone I know! Yvonne (and Peter) deserves a raise, a solid lotto win, and at least three wishes from a genie. Namaste 🙏🏽
July 19 · Kosha PatelModo Yoga is an incredible place and community...I am not a dramatic person at all, but it has changed my life, in terms of both my physical health/weight, my flexibility and honestly, my complexion! Sweating it all out and all that. The space is clean and welcoming, the teachers are lovely and supportive, and the staff is super cool as well. It's a super chill place I can go to meditate and challenge myself and also take it easy if I'm just not feeling it that day (the workouts themselves are not chill obviously, but you can dial up or down as you're feeling that day). When my friend brought me for the first couple times, I was like, this is very hard! But there's a bit of a natural high you get from the heat, the sweat, the meditative quality that got me addicted and now I go 3x a week, which I NEVER would have guessed I would do...Give it a try. Also, all those people in Finland and Sweden live longer because of sauna
