★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The gym is always clean and has great equipment and walking track but the front office administrator Maria wojcik is extremely rude.My husband and I have been members for almost 2 years but due to moving out of town I decided to cancel our memberships . I can longer go but I kept his for the month of March and prepaid $19 on February 27. On March first I got charged again $19 so I went yesterday to let them know we were charged twice and I received my refund of $19. Today my husband went to the gym and Maria called him after he left told him asking ”why did you show up to the gym when your wife canceled your membership?” Rudely. He tried explaining that I prepaid on February for his March membership and got double charged in March 1st so the refund we received was for the double charge. but the month of March was already payed for in February. We went in person today and I wanted to explain why he should still be able to go to the gym because I prepaid for him and I showed her the receipts & She was not understanding and she got upset and told me to leave and she don’t want us coming back. So I asked her if I can get a refund then and she said she will do it but walked away . She was very rude , did not let me speak , and kicked me and my husband out the gym in front of employees and residents. It was very embarrassing to be treated that way over a miscommunication. I was obviously right and she ended up giving me my refund (by email because she walked away and left me there waiting in the lobby and never came back) . But I still don’t understand why she kicked us out and spoke to us that way.
