★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A great yoga studio can be tough to find, but I've found a perfect one. Sarah's classes are excellent, with clear instruction that combines elements of physical therapy, Pilates, and traditional yoga.As a creative who spends long hours on the computer, I especially appreciate her focus on releasing tension in the hips and shoulders. She also hosts beautiful outdoor sessions at locations like the Sunflower Festival and Dahlia Hill, which makes the practice even more mindful. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a mindful and therapeutic yoga experience.
August 26 · Darlene RollinsMy husband and I had a class with Julie while visiting the area from out of state. The studio upstairs was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Julie was very knowledgeable in her practice; she was also patient and calming. Julie was very helpful when we asked for local recommendations on places to visit before our class (via email) and after the class in person. I called the studio to ask a few questions about booking a class and they returned my call almost immediately.Since we were traveling we did not bring any equipment and the studio had clean mats, blocks, and blankets for us to use. They had some organic yoga mat spray that I’ve been needing so I was able to purchase some of that for a great price! If we’re ever in the Midland area again I will definitely be back to this studio!
July 07 · Brittany NashI was so scared to go to my first ever yoga class! I arrived early, and Julie Pierce was so friendly and encouraging…showing me exactly what I needed to do to prepare. Thanks to Julie’s great way of explaining the exercises and techniques, the class was a bit challenging for me, but doable and fun!!! If you are not sure if yoga is for you, I would encourage you to see Julie. The calming atmosphere combined her calming voice was a totally beautiful experience. I’m looking forward to many more classes with Julie!
March 14 · Kim KisserAn environment like a warm hug. I went to my first class, and it was lovely. Signing up was super simple, easy and low stress. The studio has independent instructors, so I can only speak to Julie (I’m sure the others are lovely as well) but she was great! She welcomed me to the studio and helped me get all my supplies and ready for the class. Her instructing style was really in depth, and I learned a lot about my body and ways that I can stretch and modify poses! I can’t wait to go again!
March 10 · Ava FarquharJulie was warm and welcoming to me during my first class with her. I felt better physically and more at peace at the end of class. I look forward to practicing more with her.
