After six months, I am greatly improved in all the areas which I thought could use help. Her classes sound like fun, but I am not a "group" person, and prefer individual attention. The gym is always clean and the folks friendly.She has made my too-long-put off working out really worthwhile. Thank you.P.S. For the record, I am 80 years old . . . come on - all you grey haired Grannies and Grandpas - come and join the fun. You will look and feel years younger - seriously!
