I broke a sweat in 20 minutes (im out of shape lol) and he told me I need to keep going. I did it. And I feel great! 👍 highly recommend!

Mell is incredibly kind, motivating, and organized. He adjusted our session based off of my skill level and interests and was very patient. In addition, he went through the “why” behind the movements which I really appreciated. I would recommend for anyone looking to learn some self defense, get in shape, or just punch something!!
