★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Something has to absolutely be done about random civilians and retired people coming to this gym. Ive witnessed a 50 something year old man on TRT try to fight a young guy working out over a machine he claims he had use of. The younger guy seemed to diffuse it as I was by the leg machines but this is absolutely un safe and un sat for our active duty soldiers. They should not have to deal with this. I will be reaching out to the CO and MWR this has gone on for too long. If grown retired random adults can’t set the standard and behave in a facility frankly they should not have access to anymore threatening our new current active duty personnel why should they be in here endangering our soldiers?!
June 14 · LeviNice gym with basic equipment and squat racks. They need some music playing so it won't be quiet inside. Staff were informant and helpful. Wish they had an area for children to sit while parents do cardio or something. Like at the iron asylum gym in Virginia beach. Overall I'd come back.
March 24 · caprice MbeeI personally prefer this facility over Anderson.Smaller, but not usually as busy. I prefer to look out the window from the cardio room instead of watching TV and staring at a wall. Less wait time between sets due to less people in the weight room. The basketball court here has been converted to a CrossFit room. This facility also offers 24 hour access to registered ID card holders as well.
August 08 · Andy HillAmazing facility and friendly staff. The indoor SDC turf lanes are surrounded by well-maintained functional fitness equipment; everything you could ask for.
July 15 · Tyson WalshBeing able to get in after hours after registering your card makes this the best gym. It's clean, well kept gym. It has the ACFT set up including the setup for sprint drag carry.
