The setup of the class was a unique circuit training and I really enjoyed it. The bonus is that leaving the class you feel so accomplished about the amount of work you put in in just a short amount of time. First time there and members were very welcoming and encouraging which helped a lot. Will be back very soon!

I am a newcomer to Boxing and I felt so comfortable being in gloves for the first time. I learned the 6 basic boxing techniques and then got to work putting them into a circuit. Finished the workout with fitness rounds and weightlifting then a cooldown! GREAT WORKOUT!!!
