The studio's commitment to variety ensures that there is a class for everyone, from those seeking a vigorous workout to those in need of deep relaxation.
Vinyasa Flow: This is a cornerstone offering, as Vinyasa classes are a popular style of yoga that connects breath to movement. The reviews mention a class that is "equally challenging and relaxing," which is a hallmark of a well-taught Vinyasa class.
Restorative Yoga: The studio also offers restorative classes, which are designed for deep relaxation and healing. This is an excellent option for those looking to de-stress or recover from a demanding workout.

Zumba and Barre: Going beyond traditional yoga, the studio offers dance-fitness classes like Zumba and Barre. These are fantastic for cardio, coordination, and having fun. As one review mentions, this variety allows members to "dance it out," adding a lively and different dimension to the studio’s offerings.
Beginner-Friendly Classes: The studio's welcoming nature is highlighted by its classes designed for beginners. These classes provide a comfortable starting point for those who may be intimidated by yoga, focusing on fundamental principles, alignment, and mindful movement.

Love and Light Yoga and Wellness Reviews
Love and Light Yoga is an amazing studio with a wide variety of classes. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, creating a great environment for community connection. The teachers are all incredible and the owner Lupe is very welcoming. I highly recommend this studio for those looking to begin or continue their yoga practice. I've had such a positive experience at Love and Light and am so grateful to have this space in our neighborhood!
April 27 · Eleanor Hayden (Norah)I've been going to Love & Light Yoga for over a year now. The yoga instructors are excellent and they each bring their own personality to class. The class types vary from vinyasa to restorative (and there are more if you check out the site!). I usually do the Friday lunch class and find it equally challenging and relaxing. The studio is beautiful, calming and clean. The staff is always warm, friendly, and welcoming. If I can find more time in my schedule I'd be here every day they have a class! Sometimes they have community building events and celebrations. The classes are on the smaller side, so if you are a bit intimidated by yoga, this is a very comfortable place to start! I may not be able to tell you exactly what a class will be like, you should just go try one for yourself! They have a great starting package, a week unlimited! That's what I started with, now I'm hooked!
