The atmosphere is welcoming, the coaches are kind, and they make working out something it should be: fun, challenging, and motivating. What really sets Lift apart is how supportive the coaches are. I never feel embarrassed or awkward when I need help with a movement or figuring out what weight I should be using. Instead, they reteach me with patience and encouragement until I fully understand. The focus on recovery and stretching is phenomenal. They treat it with just as much importance as the strength training (and rightfully so)! Rooted Recovery on Sundays (their athlete yoga class) has been a total game changer for me. It’s helped me get more comfortable with yoga in a way that’s approachable and completely free of judgment. I honestly never imagined myself doing any kind of Olympic-style lifts, but here I am adding weight to my barbell week after week, with the trainers pushing and guiding me.The environment is another huge plus. The trainers are incredibly supportive, making the space feel safe, welcoming, and encouraging. Group classes feel like personal training thanks to the trainers’ attention to form and technique. I’ve never felt confident with strength training until now. They also offer Sunday yoga, which is a perfect weekly reset. Highly recommend this gym for its strong community and fresh, engaging programs every month!

I recall driving by the building a few times...envisioning myself here walking in here one day and checking out the workouts......and I finally did it! I did it not as a new years resolution, but as an investment for myself. I reached out one day and set up an initial consultation to find out more about Lift and what they have to offer. I was quite intrigued with what I was informed and the owner and coaches and fellow Lift mates welcomed me with open arms! Everyone I met so far helped me navigate through the workouts and are very encouraging for everyone to just do their best. Its about progress....not perfection. No one at Lift is a size "zero"... the people I met are all different ages...sizes...and at different levels with their weight lifting and workout routines. I literally sweat it out at every session I attend. Yoga is also offered on Sunday too which is a fantastic way to end or start the week. I am still learning alot. You're provided with helpful information in class and occassionally by email. I highly recommend joining Lift if you want to be treated like family and not just a number. You will not be disappointed! Invest in yourself!
March 19 · Nancy MarreroI’ve been training at Lift for about 14 months now. I’ve realized that what I’m paying for isn’t really the workouts, it’s the motivation to keep going. If I was working out on my own, I probably would have stopped long ago. But there are other benefits too. The classes are challenging, but fun. The coaches are great, ensuring that you’re doing movements properly while also pushing you. And the other people in the class are fun and supportive. It has become a sort of home away from home for me.

She keeps you motivated throughout your workout and listens to your goals and struggles. All trainers are passionate about fitness and create a friendly environment. I appreciate that they check in on you periodically to see how you’re doing. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to do group classes or work with a personal trainer!
