He has a background in physical therapy and is very knowledgeable of the musculoskeletal system which I believe enables him to determine a proper program while demonstrating and explaining it well. He is happy to answer questions and cares about his clients' progress, and he is quite pleasant to work with. The Kobza Fitness gym is a clean and well-maintained facility that is focused on training. I recommend Constantine and Kobza Fitness highly.

If you fatigue early or need less or more weight, he notices and will adjust accordingly to your needs. This is a nice, quiet, private training gym, and I am loving the strength training. I have done so much cardio in the past, so it’s nice to learn and train with a professional on weights, bands, machines. I highly recommend Chris.
