June 26 · Amy PeacockKillington Boot Camp is a great place to take classes. Beth is an excellent fitness instructor, and Karen is an excellent yoga instructor. The classes are always different and are designed to accommodate all shapes, sizes, ages, and levels of fitness. If you are looking for a challenge, the Boot Camp work-out will suffice. As someone who is older and working to improve my fitness level, strength, and pliability, I recommend joining Killington Boot Camp. People are friendly and welcoming. I just wish my work schedule allowed me to take more classes.

Everyone was so welcoming and knowledgeable and they offer a wide variety of classes.Beth challenges me each week with strength workouts that have both improved my muscle strength & endurance and is a pleasure to work.
