It felt so good to stretch out those sore muscles! Amanda does a great class!2024 - The staff at Just Plain Yoga are amazing. Scheduling yoga in person or virtually helps keep me on track and it is very easy to do with the online app!

The instructors are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly and fun. There are a wide range of classes - for different levels, styles and schedules, while each class provides variations to suit individual needs. I love that the studio is true to its name; so all classes, while perhaps incorporating another similar or complementary focus, involve yoga philosophy. Well done!
