I’ve been working primarily with Alli, and she’s been incredible—always checking in to make sure I’m staying on track with my workouts, diet, and overall progress. Her guidance has made a huge difference in keeping me motivated and accountable.The new building is also a big plus—it’s super clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere that makes you want to show up and put in the work. The only downside is the cost—yes, it’s on the expensive side—but in my opinion, the level of personalized coaching and the quality of the gym make it worth it.Highly recommend to anyone serious about getting results and being part of a supportive fitness community!
