I simply love Ja Yoga and all of its instructors! Each instructor makes a point of insuring you are in a safe and comfortable place without judgment. They make a clear point that the practice is unique and special to each participant and you can go at your own pace for your individual needs. Practicing yoga here brings an energy guiding you towards mindfulness of breath, body, and movement. I highly recommend Ja Yoga to anyone looking to work on meditation, get into a routine of stretching, get into mobility after injuries, or dealing with the various stresses of life! Before I signed up for the new member first month offer of unlimited yoga in late December 2024, I spoke with Mic the owner about my injury concerns and possible limitations. He was thoughtful and offered me some yoga poses to ease those consistent pains. Now, because of Mic and all the instructors I have been able to dismiss the referral I received to get spinal injections for pain management and instead go to Ja Yoga!
