Services Offered
The primary service at ISI Elite Training is their signature Athletic-Based Training (ABT), delivered through structured, high-energy group fitness sessions. These sessions are coach-led, ensuring proper form, maximum effort, and a motivational atmosphere. The program is built on a diverse training calendar to target different muscle groups throughout the week, ensuring a comprehensive fitness approach.
- Athletic-Based Group Training (ABT) Sessions: 50-minute workouts that systematically combine elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), strength training, endurance work, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and agility drills.
- Specialized Daily Workouts: The weekly schedule is programmed to rotate muscle groups, typically focusing on Lower Body, Upper Body, Core/Cardio, and Full Body days, ensuring an active recovery for different muscle groups.
- Certified Coach-Led Training: Every session is led by a nationally certified performance coach who provides expert guidance, demonstrates proper form, and offers modifications for all fitness levels and potential injuries.
- Unlimited Sessions Membership: Offering members unlimited access to the 50-minute workouts, encouraging the minimum recommended frequency of four sessions per week for optimal results.
- Form and Consistency Focus: Coaches actively work with members to improve technique, helping them "learn a lot about form, nutrition and being consistent to see results," as noted by grateful members.
- InBody Body Composition Analysis: Providing a data-driven approach to tracking progress with detailed scans that break down weight, body fat, lean mass, and water weight to measure and manage results accurately.
Features / Highlights
The ISI Elite Training experience is defined by several key features that contribute to its success in building a committed membership base and delivering transformative results. These highlights speak directly to the needs of the dedicated Central Florida fitness consumer.
- The Community and Accountability Model: Rooted in the "Iron Sharpens Iron" concept, the community atmosphere is a primary driver for retention and success. Coaches actively monitor attendance and reach out to members with low frequency, fostering a powerful sense of accountability that helps people stick to their goals.
- The "Iron Kidz" Amenity: For Florida families, this is a significant benefit. Many ISI locations offer an "Iron Kidz" room—a designated safe zone where children can play while their parents engage in the 50-minute workout, effectively removing a common barrier to consistent exercise.
- High-Energy Experience: The facility is known for its motivational environment, described by members as having "great energy" and "fire music," which is essential for maximizing output during high-intensity training.
- Small Touches of Luxury: The "pure luxury" of receiving a cold, tea-tree oil infused rag after a high-intensity session—a feature mentioned by impressed customers—shows an attention to detail and member comfort that goes beyond the basic gym offering.
- Systematic and Never Stale Workouts: The daily focus on different body parts and the blend of multiple training modalities mean that the workout is always challenging and engaging, preventing the boredom and plateauing often associated with fixed gym routines.
- Train Anywhere Access: Membership includes the valuable feature of being able to attend sessions at any ISI Elite Training location across the country, a huge plus for Florida residents who travel frequently.

What is worth choosing
ISI Elite Training is worth choosing for the Central Florida resident who recognizes that their biggest fitness challenge is often not the workout itself, but rather consistency and accountability. The structure of ISI—a 50-minute, scheduled, coach-led session—removes decision-making and procrastination, the two major hurdles to regular exercise. You show up, you are guided through an elite, full-body athletic workout, and you are done.
The community aspect, captured by the spirit of "Iron Sharpens Iron," is the secret ingredient. Members are not just exercising near each other; they are encouraged, motivated, and held accountable by both their peers and professional coaches. This environment transforms working out from a chore into a desirable social commitment. This supportive atmosphere, combined with high-quality, professional coaching that corrects form and tailors movements, ensures that your effort translates into real, measurable results. For Orlando locals seeking a clean, high-energy environment with proven results and a community that genuinely cares about their progress—and perhaps even provides a safe place for their kids while they train—ISI Elite Training is the superior choice for making fitness a consistent, enjoyable, and transformative part of life.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place has great energy! Fire music. Solid coaches. Clean. Connected community and they give you cold rags after the workout 🙀. I’m used to working out in a hot, dirty warehouse so this is pure luxury. High intensity and a fun time!
June 07 · Dina Brady CoachingThankful for ISI and the awesome community they have built! Each workout is challenging and there are supportive coaches making sure you’re on the right track. I’ve learned a lot about form, nutrition and being consistent to see results. Happy to be part of this community! 💪🏼💚
July 16 · Mike GreauxIf you are looking for an amazing workout with a welcoming atmosphere that challenges you every time you step in the door...and is done in an hour, then ISI Orlando is for you. Regardless of your fitness level, the workouts at ISI will push you to be better, faster, and stronger than you thought you could be.
July 02 · Darceyif you’re looking for a new workout spot, this is it. I love the intensity of each workout, and how fun the instructors (especially Mike) make the classes.I think that’s what kept bringing me back. I tend to be gym shy and I didn’t feel anxious coming in! I love how every workout is laid out for you and you don’t need to do the thinking, you just get straight to it.I did have to stop my membership though, because I wasn’t coming in as much due to traveling and mom duties. I couldn’t justify the price when I could only commit a few days. HOWEVER, if you’re planning on going to the gym every day and committing, then I do think it’s worth the money.I recently went on a journey to find another instructional gym/studio/class that would fit my schedule better but I realized nothing really compares to ISI! 🙂
January 21 · Jocelyn GOne of the BEST gyms I have ever been to and worked out with! The workout trainers are so informative and motivational. Sure I almost fainted on my first session, but I learned not to overdo it and they advised me to go at my own pace. This inspired me to get better at my workout sessions! The owner and head coach are very nice and inspirational and made me feel welcome! The community is amazing and friendly and able to motivate each other! I highly recommend this gym to all!
