The studio is clean and welcoming, the equipment feels brand new, and the instructor was super encouraging while making sure I understood the moves. The workout is very traditional Pilates, not fusion like a lot of other NYC studios. It focuses a lot on the breath and I found myself really connecting to my core and the moves!

They gave clear instructions and the workouts were varied and challenging. The studio is small, but there are still a lot of machines feeling cozy but not cramped.
