August 06 · Noreen BachI love this studio and the classes taught by Kathleen - Yogalates and Cardio Sculpt. Each class is different, as challenging as you like for your own body, the intentions and music are thoughtfully curated and I leave class with a peaceful and serene feeling, yet knowing I got a great workout. I have taken both Pilates and yoga classes in the past but this combination class is definitely special.
