★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Highly recommend anyone who wants to try out kickboxing, want to be a part of a supportive community, release some strong emotions, be treated with care and respect, improve mental and physical health, establish a new routine, train your memory, and/ or meet some awesome people.I just finished my 100th class at Hit House, and it’s only been a couple of months. Yes, I go almost every day. On my way there right now.I’ve always wanted to try out kickboxing for years, but not know how to start, this was really perfect, the group sessions with individualized support as needed and wanted. This place is incredible, you can see that people like seeing each other, people enjoy being together. A diverse and beautiful community that even if you don’t know anyone, it feels like you know everyone. I love it so much.Adding a couple more notes: I have the early bird membership so I usually go in the morning before work. Perfect way to start the day, but the membership also works for the noon lunch class on weekdays so it’s good for flexibility. Gloves rental are included in the membership. There are showers and towels and body/face/hair products you can use to freshen up after class. Lockers and water fountains are also available.Truly recommend a try.
June 12 · Kaiyun ChenI’ve been to gyms all over the city and consider myself an eclectic athlete, Hit House opened up a whole new world for me. The workout is unique, they have patented bags and experienced but kind instructors to make the art of 8 limbs accessible to anyone. The gym itself is sleek and clean, with towels, water station, showers with soap (not just the discount kind, but actual nice stuff for hair, body and face), so it’s easy to go after or before work and do your routine. They sell kick boxing gloves at a reasonable price and they are quality material. You will sweat your butt off but feel strong mentally and physically afterwards. Lastly, the owners are a lovely couple so it feels great to support a local business.Couldn’t recommend more!
August 25 · Noah BlackmanAbsolutely love this gym, the coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and push you to be your best. The front desk is always super kind and accommodating. The atmosphere is welcoming whether you're a beginner or experienced fighter. Highly recommend to absolutely anyone!
June 24 · John SemanduyevTook my 1st ever kickboxing class here and it was great. The facility is well maintained and very clean. My instructure was Will, and he was amazing! His energy was motivating, without being intense or intimidating like some fitness instructors can be. He was clear, easy to follow, and good for both beginners and more experienced members. He walked around and gave individual attention on our form, and reaffirmed us. I would gladly take another class with him.
May 25 · Chelsea ColonBeen taking classes here for a few weeks and I’m loving it - the bags are super unique and really low impact so you can really focus on proper form and avoid injury. The instructors are really knowledgeable and helpful and I always leave here with a good sweat going!Would highly recommend for beginners and intermediate kickboxers/interested in Muay Thai.
