I've been an avid pilates lover for years and Helen is the best instructor I've ever had. She's fun and kind, but tough when you need her to be. She also has an uncanny ability to give you perfect cues and corrections even through a fuzzy camera feed! Recommend 10/10

I communicate to Helen what I'm experiencing, and she keeps those things in mind while giving me cues and exercises to strengthen my weaknesses. In the handful of sessions I've had with her, I am already able to maintain a better awareness of my posture throughout the day, and it has also helped increase my core strength which helps me lift heavier at the gym!
