Harold is extremely community oriented and always makes a point of introducing other members to you, from loyal members who have been with him for decades to those who maybe recently joined. I love that aging is viewed as an opportunity to stay strong or get stronger!

The equipment is high-end all chrome, built unlike any of the modern cheap stuff you find at gyms these days. Harold has always gone above and beyond to ensure I'm getting the most out of my membership. Always there to help spot me, train on specifics and ensure that I don't hurt myself in the process. Great community, you'll get to know the people you work out with which has been really cool and not the norm.
