Since starting I've seen a big improvement in my strength.The best part about this gym is that anyone with any kind of fitness level is able to workout here. I didn’t think it was going to help me, however the head Coach Rich and owner worked with me and it has improved my life for the better. Working out here is more than just a workout it’s family/my second home. I can’t think of another gym I’d love to be at more than here. The pricing is good, you get a lot for what you pay for and your workouts are customized to you. I love my gym family.

I’ve increased my strength and overall wellness. When you come to the Halls it’s like family, I love the environment. I highly recommend and the price point is good, way better than if you were to get a trainer or coach at a big box gym.

I’ve seen changes both mentally and physically and I love it here. There’s puppies every once in a while and the people are great! The value is really good! Beware after upper body day you won’t be able to wash your hair LOL! Everyone is family and I am proud to call this my gym.
