July 17 · Leticia AldamaThe room's lighting and music was perfect for the workout! It smelled clean and I saw students wipe down all materials diligently. Some students wore socks while others wore shoes. I felt very comfortable in this space as a queer person! I have not worked out in a long time, but Ryan had a motivating, upbeat, skipping-around-the-room energy that made me want to try my hardest! The mindfulness and positive talk at the end of class was sweet. Every muscle in my legs was thoroughly sore the next day, which is a sign of a good/thorough workout. I will definitely be back. Thank you Ryan!
