He is an excellent trainer and he knows the science behind training. He is also a great person; in fact all trainers working there are! Nate not only will be your trainer; he will be your friend! If you are looking for a place to train for weight lifting and/or boxing this is the best place you will find in the Triangle Area! It is always great fun to work out at Grit City Boxing & Fitness.
