I feel so energetic and rejuvenated every time I workout with him. The times I have to go out of town I have started doing virtual workouts with Sloan - and it is a real plus!When I had a frozen shoulder with a rotator cuff tear, I asked Sloan if he could help me with that, since physical therapy was not helping and I was getting very disappointed. The surgeon wanted to operate on my shoulder but I was not ready for that. It was hurting to sleep and my range of motion was gone. Sloan stepped in and amazingly fixed my shoulder! I cannot thank him enough for that. He knows about the body mechanics more than doctors and physical therapists!I want to thank you Sloan for helping me come this far and I feel so much better physically, compared to when I started my training with you. You have helped me so much and I know it was not easy since I have never been athletic.

His wholistic approach has helped me over the years to stay healthy without drugs or surgery. He is well informed about nutrition and shares his knowledge with clients. He has helped me recover from 2 herniated disks without surgery. His knowledge of the body helped me to heal from 6 broken ribs. Sloan is more than a trainer due to his extensive knowledge of natural and non invasive ways to keep the body strong and healthy.
