So much so that my first powerlifting competition I made top 3. It’s all about dedication, listening to his advice, and following instructions. He knows what he’s talking about.As a woman, with a husband and kids , he is also very respectful and does not give off weird vibes. He’s very attentive, and provides educational advice ( he has a degree in exercise science).All in all he’s VERY experienced in calisthenics, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and any other goal you have in mind. BOOK HIM . If you want to be mediocre, be like Taylor.

Shaquille gave me realistic answer and as not steered me wrong. After 3 months of training with him I seen my lifts increase from bench, squats, and deadlifts plus with weight lost. In person he corrects forms and give encouragements at the end of the workout.
