FLY Yoga Introduce
Introduction / Overview
For residents across the Missouri region, particularly those in the St. Louis metropolitan area, FLY Yoga offers a uniquely inspiring and deeply connected yoga experience. Located in a beautifully preserved historic building in the Midtown/Grand Center area, this studio transforms a space once known for automobiles—a 1940s Ford showroom—into a sanctuary for breath, movement, and community. FLY Yoga stands out by blending a clean, modern aesthetic with the charm of its architectural past, creating an environment that feels both sophisticated and deeply welcoming.
What truly sets this Missouri yoga studio apart is its dedication to creating a holistic and empowering experience. This is achieved through the use of soft, natural lighting filtering through large, car-sized windows, high ceilings that promote a sense of openness, and the gentle, penetrating warmth of infrared heaters. Patrons consistently praise the stunning studio design—characterized by dramatic black velvet drapes and cozy seating—along with the intentional, supportive nature of the instruction. FLY Yoga welcomes all beings, from seasoned practitioners to those new to the mat, like one reviewer who found the foundations class "slower paced but still kicked my butt" and "wonderful." It’s more than just a place for physical practice; it's a supportive "yoga family" committed to helping St. Louis users explore their full potential.

September 11 · Debby SiegelFLY yoga was a truly moving experience. The studio is absolutely gorgeous first of all. I did a foundations class with Cindy so it was slower paced but still kicked my butt. I’ve always struggled with yoga classes because I’m so conditioned to running and weight training so while this was different, it was wonderful! The quotes, the coaching with new movements.. just all of it was such an empowering class. I highly recommend!
March 15 · Mandy FlemingFly Yoga Studio is simply amazing! The teachers are all incredible. The space is warm and inviting. The community is wonderful too! It’s a whole vibe! Plus free parking around the studio. 10/10 highly recommend!

May 30 · Guy FieriAmid the hustle & bustle of the city, FLY Yoga is an oasis of calm and beauty. I have taken classes with almost all the teachers and appreciate how they each honor yoga lineage and philosophy while offering an alignment-based and strong asana practice. Yoga is a practice in community. This is a studio where you will feel welcome and a part of something bigger than yourself.
