★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Stopped in for a Pilates class while I was in town. It was a great experience. I wish I lived here, this studio is so nice! It’s super clean and they offer a range of classes. Loved the personal instruction in my first reformer Pilates class.
July 24 · Erin RowleyI chose Fly Fitness in Omaha because it's an easy drive from Council Bluffs, and I was drawn in by a few key things: I already knew one of the instructors, and then I saw their class schedule. The noon classes are a MUST for my schedule's flexibility! Plus, the variety of classes – cycling, barre, and HIIT – is exactly what I need. Switching from ClassPass to an unlimited membership was a no-brainer. But honestly, the community and the welcoming vibe from the front desk to the instructors and members? That sealed the deal. Everyone's always in such a good mood – it's infectious! So glad I made the switch.
April 14 · Damaris GaldamesI’ve loved all of the classes I’ve been to at fly and all of the instructors are so helpful. I recently took my first reformer class with Nat and she was so patient and explained everything really well. Also love my girl Erica. Her classes are the best because they’re the worst but I always feel so good after.
June 27 · Krissy KragerKyle Murdoch is a great instructor who assists with correcting form while demonstrating each workout. The playlist had me fired up, too! Clean facility in a beautiful up and coming downtown location. Spacious, “aesthetic” vibes - great for content creation. 10/10 will book again!
September 04 · Ria GoldAs part of a work event, I was able to try out a cycle class at Fly Fitness. When I tell you, THIS was exactly what I needed and more than I ever expected - BELIEVE ME! I am not a cycle girlie, I enjoy weightlifting and running, but biking of any sort has never thrilled me. This changed the game for me!The environment is so fun: you’re in the dark for the most part, with some dramatic lighting that the instructor changes along with the music and the ‘vibe’. These instructors have to be heavily trained to be part DJ and Cycle Instructor at the same time!Rather than cycling to a specific goal, you go along with the beat, and decide on your resistance. I found this to be super fun to follow, and very customizable as I could make it harder on myself than recommended when I wanted to. If I knew the song - I would increase my difficulty haha! The facility is super clean, thoughtful, and well equipped. They definitely make sure that you have everything you need right there. I have been telling my friends, I’d rather we go to a Saturday night cycle than go to the club - the endorphins and energy were simply immaculate. Go try it out!
