★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I truly believe that it has been a great blessing for my daughter to attend this school. Over the past two years, she has gone through such a remarkable transformation.Once a shy and reserved child, she has grown into a confident and sociable girl thanks to the love and kindness of her teachers and the staff. She not only knows all the names of her classmates and teachers but even those of the YMCA staff—she treats them like friends.I can genuinely feel how much effort the school puts into providing a wide range of experiences for the children. Because the school is located within the YMCA, the kids get to explore and learn both inside and outside the classroom—rain, snow, or shine. They also have the opportunity to interact with a variety of outside visitors such as firefighters, zookeepers, and even magicians, offering them rich and diverse experiences. My daughter absolutely loves going to school. She adores her teachers and friends, and now she even makes new friends easily outside of school.I must also highlight the professionalism and sense of responsibility shown by the teachers. Whenever we faced challenges with our daughter’s habits or behavior, the teachers worked closely with us. Through their effective guidance and dedication, she quickly developed better habits—it was truly amazing to see.We are always proud to tell our friends about this wonderful school, and our whole family feels deeply grateful and honored that our daughter’s first school experience has been such a successful and meaningful one.
August 04 · Shanwen LiI can’t say enough good things about the YMCA 3K and Pre-K program. The teachers are so caring and the whole environment feels safe and loving. What I really appreciate is how they keep us parents in the loop. We get daily pictures of our kids, and those weekly home connection activities and special events are such a fun way to keep the learning going at home. The newsletters are helpful too, and I love that they host family events throughout the year, it really makes you feel part of a community. Parents are welcome to join in many events, which is such a nice touch. Plus, they have activity specialists that bring extra creativity, and even connect families with community resources when needed, like fire fighters, and life guards of YMCA. My daughter had such a great experience here that I have no hesitation sending her younger sister there as well. Truly the best start for their learning journey!
August 27 · Iris K.I’m truly grateful and very satisfied that my child attended this school. The teachers are kind and responsible, and the programs are diverse with such a positive atmosphere. My child gained a lot of valuable experiences and made many wonderful memories. It was even better than I had expected, and I would gladly recommend it to other families as well.
August 04 · YINGZI JINMy son had a very pleasant two years at YMCA 3K and Prek. The school lunch was excellent and rich, and my son loved it. There were different after-school classes every day, which my son also loved. Here there are different themes every day, and he learned a lot. His hands-on ability has improved a lot. He usually speaks Chinese at home, and there are Chinese teachers at school to help translate. The principal is very experienced shi has always been very hands-on. She is often seen teaching in the classroom and she can call out every child's name. The playground is also very fun. On rainy days, the YMCA has a gym for them to play.3K has 3 teachers per class to take care of every child, while Prek has 2 teachers. My child is still attending YMCA summer classes, and my second baby will also continue to be sent to YMCA.I hope YMCA will get better and better.
July 29 · Pinky YangMy son has been begging me for a gym membership at the YMCA. Janet, the Manager was exceptional! She was professional, welcoming, and went over all the services that were available to my son. The staff is friendly and helpful as well! I highly recommend this facility!!!!
