★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Flow is an amazing yoga studio for anyone in this area! Classes are easy to book (I’ve had no issues taking the classes I want) and they send out a calendar invite along with email/text reminders. The yoga may, mat towel, and sweat towel are all included in the unlimited membership and all the instructors are great. I’ve especially loved Brittney’s Yoga + Sculpt classes!
October 12 · Jess ChenGreat welcoming studio. I did a warm class and it was a great way to start my Sunday. Fantastic first month deal. Highly recommend!
July 20 · Grace TregidgoI had the best morning vinyasa class with Tally, the space was beautiful and Stacey at the front desk was so helpful! Challenging and inviting, I will definitely be back!
April 21 · Christine OGreat instructors and a beautiful studio but with TERRIBLE owners and business practices. Did all i have to do to cancel my membership ahead of time, got charged anyway with a lot of incompetent back and forth from the owners. Terrible experience. They transformed their find your happiness logo into welcome to hell… avoid it for your mental and financial health. Go to mimi yoga in shaw instead. They have amazing management and classes.
May 15 · Ingrid SI appreciate the diversity of teachers at this studio. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A nice yoga community. I have been here since April 2022.
