★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Five Pillars is an amazing yoga studio! The instructors are really wonderful. I've been to different classes and have had several instructors, and I've enjoyed all of them. I especially love Nandini's classes. It's great for all levels. I myself am a beginner and feel that the different levels fit my needs- the instructors provide modification as needed. The studio itself is really comfortable and welcoming. I really love coming here and would recommend it to anyone.
January 19 · Loren LanI’ve been practicing yoga for ca 10 years now and am new to Five Pillars. It is a wonderful studio with a great energy! I’ve been impressed with all the instructors (so far I’ve had classes with Terrence, Stacey, April, and Stefani); particularly with the mix of flow but also close attention to alignment. The space is also beautiful and very calming. They also have some great introductory rates for new students... I would encourage anyone take advantage of these!
June 23 · Jacob HaubenreichI had recently begun practicing yoga and Five Pillars has made it a very enjoyable experience. I have progressed a great deal after just a few classes thanks to the instructors at Five Pillars - plus the studio is clean, the mats provided are top notch, and the location is convienent. Whether you are new to yoga like me or have been practicing for years, I highly recommend this studio!
March 21 · Dan LI have been practicing vinyasa style yoga, mostly in Connecticut, for over 10 years. Since I now also live on the upper east side, I was looking for local yoga studio and was lucky to find Five Pillars Yoga. I started going to Five Pillars Yoga a week ago and already took five classes, each with a different instructor, all of whom were excellent. The classes were all challenging and varied. The studio itself has two practice rooms that are clean and comfortable and with a very good energy. I highly recommend the studio.
December 15 · Rami WertheimThe teachers are so welcoming. They seamlessly adapt the class for the most advanced and the newest students. Everyone gets a great workout in a serene, clean and brand-new looking studio. The "warm" yoga is perfect! The temperature is just right where you get a great workout but don't feel suffocated by the heat. I'm so glad to have found this studio!
