I met with the owner of the Fitness Institute & instantly felt at ease with him. Rick took a lot of time to review my history with me. He thoroughly examined me and walked me through everything that was going on. He was very knowledgeable & even told me why my joints hurt all of the time. I have another appointment coming up and I am looking forward to it very much. I feel like I am in good hands and that the pain I am in will soon be gone with Rick's assistance.The staff that I met were very warm and personable and I look forward to seeing them again.
April 07 · Jamie KellerI was referred to the institute by my doctor. When I joined, the owner Rick requested a prepayment for 10 sessions which I provided. After my second session, I incurred injury doing the exercises given and had to start physical therapy which was prolonged. It took over one year to realize that I will not go to the institute again. I requested a refund on the paid 8 sessions that I never used but the owner refused because the practice does not refund money after one year. Of course, these terms were never explained to me prior to payment and I have never agreed to them.
