Kiley talks you out through every little movement and explains the benefit of this movement with providing modifications! it truly keeps a perfect pace and smooth class. Ana couldn’t be any more empowering!! She is the complete sweetest and you can tell she wants to be there and help out every person. The studio is clean and the equipment is brand new. Something that also stands out to me from this studio is the lockers that they have. Super simple and straightforward studio that I consistently find myself at once or twice a week.

I’ve signed up for every boutique fitness studio you can think of over the last 15 years but this is the first workout I look forward to doing every single time. There’s something addicting about both feeling and seeing yourself get stronger that really makes the Fit 407 workout different than other workouts I’ve done. The instructors (shoutout to MG, Kiley, Leah, Benjamin, and Abby) are all amazing and have their own unique style so each workout is different. Love Fit 407 and so happy I found them ❤️

She is very creative with introducing new moves and is super supportive, welcoming, and encouraging. Her playlists are spot on too. I always feel great leaving each class.
