The owners, the instructors, the classmates are literally what make this place what it is. The workout intensity and nutrition guidance are there too but it’s the community and feel of a family that kept me going here. I struggle with mental stability and depression and even on my lowest days when I wanna give up, but if I can just make it through the doors the workout and environment can flip my head 180.I’ve seen tremendous results during the 10 week challenges when I’ve stuck to it and done the work so I know it’s real. And when you come here you need to expect to change your lifestyle if you want to see results cause as soon as you go back to your old ways your old weight will return! I know first hand haha! But there’s such a great team there that instead of shutting down just reach out for help and they will give you a hand! If you have never tried FXB and want to give them a call and get yourself in there. It’s worth it!

Since it’s a group class, I’m able to do cardio and strength training without having to think up the exercises myself. I enjoy the ease of just showing up, stretching, and getting right to work. They have multiple class times so I’ve been able to go earlier or later, if necessary. The routine of heading there everyday after work has had me working out consistently. Everyone in the gym is friendly, and there are people of all fitness intensity levels. Whether needing to do modified or following the instructor, I never feel like I’m cheating myself as long as I have a mind to compete against myself. They help with exercise form, nutrition suggestions, etc. I’ve already recommended to friends and I think everyone should join to feel stronger and more accomplished. Definitely check out this gym!

I kept giving myself deadlines of when I'd "get healthy". First it was when I had kids, then when I turned 30, then 35... the dates just came and went.I was challenged by a friend to join Farrell's. I really didn't know what I was getting into. I couldn't hardly make it through the initial base-line testing. The idea of working out with a group of people was terrifying. I knew I'd be the worst one in the class and embarrass myself.I was pleasantly surprised that in my 10-Week Group (at Farrell's you have to go through a 10-week challenge to join) I wasn't the worst....lol. In fact, the best thing about Farrell's only enrolling people into their 10-Week sessions is that they start slow. You get to work at your pace... getting stronger all the time.You don't even realize how strong you've gotten until you're doing the things that the regular 'members' were doing on your first day. Now, 8 weeks later I look forward to going!The cost seems high for the 10-week session, but now that I'm there, I realize what a great value it is. The cost includes 6 days a week of workouts, all your equipment needed, a personal coach and nutrition guides. Especially when you break down the cost over 10 weeks. I HIGHLY recommend Farrell's!
