Coach Ryan is the BEST and never fails to keep the environment so positive with his encouragement throughout the workouts. It’s been so awesome seeing this gym grow to the point of classes being so full that they are going to need more class times!! A 4:30pm slot would be a HUGE help in giving more flexibility not only to myself, but to all the wonderful members and our family like community we have built!

Very organized, weight options and motivation However, it gets uncomfortable when the classes are overcrowded because some have not taken time to register for class. In addition having at least two options available in the evening would be great on Mondays to alleviate the crowded classes 😊
