January 23 · Alexander SvetichHeard about F45 from Johnjay and Rich radio show, it just so happens to be next to the Chipotle I was going to that day when I found them. My wife and Doctor both told me I needed to start working out for my health and my wife signed me up on the spot. Honestly I didn’t want to do it but I knew I needed to make life changes. The staff is super friendly and the owners are too. They are there all the time so its nice to see the business owners caring not only for the business but the people too. I’m 32 and haven't worked out since high school, so having the trainers/owners coach you is really nice. I have been going for 3 months now, started at 233 lbs and now at 217 lbs. My lower back problems are gone, clothes feel much bigger on me, and overall just better. I would and have recommended this place to everyone.Edit - The staff/trainers are great. I still enjoy the classes. The people going to the gym and atmosphere is still good. My problem is that the gym changed ownership a while back and they attempted to update the gym but stopped at 80%. There are wires hanging from the ceiling where I think fans will go? The speakers don't work so the staff have brought in some other ones, they sit on stands in front of the ones that don't work. I think they meant to put the large F45 logo back on the wall but they didn't. I just hope they (the new owner) finally finish these updates.

Coaches Mark and Emily always have a fantastic play list, are super pumped and help the time go by quick! All the coaches are super knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. I have lost 20 pounds since I’ve joined and have gained so much muscle! I can’t say enough good things about this place- great environment, great support, love the programming, love the people ❤️
