I've always wanted to try arial yoga,but was intimidated. I'm not skinny or in the best of shape, but I decided to go for it. Rebecca was amazing. She made people from all shapes and sizes feel welcome. She never gave up on helping us master a move. She never said I was too out of shape or fat to do it. She was always so supportive and encouraging to the entire class. One day, I mentioned that I had a sinus infection so she only chose poses that weren't inverted. I can't tell you how thankful I am to have found her.

She challenges you and encourages you all at the same time. The classes have been full of encouraging women. You never feel judged, only supported. Learning to maneuver the hammocks is a ton of fun. If you haven’t tried either of the classes, you are definitely missing out!

Some people go to the gym to blow off steam, I’d rather go to FLY. It’s a hidden gem in the valley. I cannot say enough good things about this place!!
