★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Equis Fitness is an amazing fitness community in the South Bronx! They are welcoming to people of all fitness levels and truly create a supportive environment. Coach Jose has been instrumental in my fitness journey, helping me stay consistent and pushing me to work harder during every class. His motivation and guidance have made a huge difference in my progress. I really appreciate the support and encouragement I get from Equis—it’s a place where you feel challenged but also empowered. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great workout community!
February 20 · Ashley AliceaBeen a member here for over three years now. Top notch coaching, with a great community of people! Coaches emphasize proper form and are always making sure everyone is doing movements correctly, scaling as needed based on limitations, and getting the most that one can out of every workout. If you’re looking for a great box in the south Bronx area, walk down or drive down and check them out! 🏋🏽 🤎 💪🏽Glenn is the funniest coach ever!! 🤣🤣 Even when one is clearly having a bad day or the WOD is too challenging, he finds a way to make it fun and the best day at the gym. It's impressive, really!
July 17 · Catherine PerdomoFrom start you can already tell that Jose is a master of his craft- left my first session already feeling more knowledgeable in CrossFit and on the road to success!Definitely would recommend working with him for no matter your fitness level.
August 07 · Jaime R. DiazThe class was engaging, challenging, and inclusive. Glenn is super supportive and attentive. I’m grateful for each time he corrected my position to ensure the right muscles were being worked. He kept me motivated to complete the challenge.
May 05 · Jazmine RiveraGlenn is a great coach! Funny personality that makes you feel comfortable coming to class every time. He is very flexible with the workouts. I’m a beginner and he always works with me to make the workouts work for me. He also challenges me when I complain of not wanting to do it. (I need that!) lol He kicked my ass today after a month and change of no working out but it feels good! Oh! And I love his reggaeton music playlist! Makes the workout even better! :)
