So much so, that despite being able to run for miles at a time, I couldn't get through my first session with Tony. 🤦♂️ Since then Ive been able to push on and hit new heights, the program is tailored to me and my needs, even down to my body type. Tony meets you where you are, but pushes you to move past this place. On days when I have long runs. I am grateful to take advantage of the recovery options on offer.
